We are an accredited practice, with 7 GP's as well as nurses and allied health all working together.
We are an appointment based practice. You can make an appointment by calling reception on 9421 4888. A standard appointment is 15 minutes. If you need a longer appointment (for example, if you have several issues you would like to discuss) please let the receptionist know at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or are running late, please let us know.
In an emergency, we will assist in assessing the most appropriate course of action.
We are a private billing practice. This allows us to maintain our high standard of care. Our fee schedule is available at reception on request. Payment in full is expected at the completion of your appointment. Please talk to the receptionists about receiving Medicare rebates online.
All results are reviewed by the doctors. We will only contact you if your doctor needs to see you or discuss your results. We have a computerised follow-up and recall system. If you do not wish to be automatically placed in our recall system, please let us know.
Your medical record is confidential and private. We will not release any information to a third party without your prior consent, except as required by law. All staff sign a confidentiality clause as part of their employment conditions.
