The AstraZeneca vaccine is available HERE. 
We have been providing the AstraZeneca Covid 19 vaccine for a couple of months now in our vaccination clinics.  
Once eligible you can make a booking via the HotDocs online booking system. Please DO NOT phone the practice to book. 
You will be emailed a consent form, please make sure this is completed prior to your appointment. 
New patients should bring their Medicare card and a copy of your medical history from your regular GP.
Please note this is a vaccination service not a GP consult. Please discuss any concerns with your regular GP before deciding to get the vaccine.
All patients aged over 50 are currently eligible.
